Terms governing access to and use of Panco's AI creation services

Welcome to Panco. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website and services. By accessing or using Panco, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Panco provides users with AI-driven content creation tools, including text-to-video, image-to-video, AI image generation, and an infinite canvas workspace (collectively, the "Services").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services (or 16 years old if you reside in the European Union). If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use Panco.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Your Input: You retain all rights and ownership of the text prompt, images, or materials you upload to Panco ("Input").
  • AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your subscription plan, Panco hereby assigns to you all its rights, title, and interest in and to the video or image content generated by the AI based on your Input ("Output"). You are responsible for ensuring the Output does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
  • Platform Rights: Panco owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform, algorithms, software, and user interface.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You agree not to use Panco to generate, upload, or share any content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
  • Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Contains sexually explicit content, pornography, or non-consensual sexual imagery.
  • Depicts real individuals without their explicit consent (e.g., deepfakes used maliciously).

We reserve the right to terminate your account and remove content immediately if you violate these rules.

6. Fees and Payments

Some features of Panco are provided on a paid subscription or pay-per-credit basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

PANCO PROVIDES THE SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State/Region], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Panco after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
